Common questions
- Can a sitter open my Care Card without an account? Yes. A caregiver link opens straight away, is read-only, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Does Pet Dossier text or email me reminders? No. Reminders live inside the app, and you can download a calendar file so your own calendar alerts you.
- What happens to my information if I stop paying? Nothing is deleted. It is all waiting for you.
